Oil Drilling Awakens a 300 Million Year Old Creature That Will Destroy Humanity<br /><br />A mysterious fog surrounds a Scottish oil rig that stops the crew from going home and cuts off all communication, now the employees must survive together while something supernatural tries to take over the place.<br /><br />After a tsunami destroys their rig, a crew of workers and scientists are taken to a new place in the Arctic, where they must protect a legendary creature living under the ice.<br /><br />The Rig is a British supernatural thriller[1] television series created by David Macpherson for Amazon Prime Video. The series is directed by John Strickland, and is the first Amazon Original to be filmed entirely in Scotland.
